Pack of 25 Client Record History Cards (Eyelash Extensions)

These cards can be used to record personal details for each individual Client.  They are double sided and have a matt finish so they can be written on easily.  The front side is used to note the personal details of the Client (name, address etc) and the reverse side can be used to record the date of each visit and any notes (such as the lashes used).
